• Veg-Pudding is a vegan protein pudding, consisting of organic pea and brown rice protein sources to provide you with a clean, complete amino acid profile.

  As you may know from our Veg-PRO, we want to make sure our protein flavors knock it out of the park, so we poured tons of hours into R&D time, trying various flavor combinations and are confident that you guys are going to love these as much as we do. STEEL's Veg-Pudding has been taste-tested extensively by adults and kids. So, mom and dad, if you have a picky-eater and struggle to help get them enough protein throughout the day, we have you covered.

• Adults (Ages 12+): Mix 1 scoop of pudding in 4–5oz of cold water (or liquid of choice) and stir vigorously. Liquid can be increased or decreased to achieve the desired consistency.

  Children (Ages 5–11): Mix ½ scoop of pudding in 2oz of cold water (or liquid of choice) and stir vigorously. Liquid can be increased or decreased to achieve the desired consistency.

  Absolutely. Veg-Pudding is formulated free of the most common food allergens and is gentle on digestive systems. If your child has specific medical or nutritional concerns, consult your pediatrician before introducing new foods.

  Yes. There are no negative interactions with any of our protein powders or other STEEL products. You can incorporate Veg-Pudding as another convenient way to help meet your daily protein goals alongside any other STEEL supplements you are using.
